Does CHIPDRIVE MyKey Work on mobile devices? Or is there an app for mobile devices which can be installed from Google Play?

No, the CHIPDRIVE MyKey Work won't work on mobile devices because the product reached the end of life. This means all the support is no longer provided and development stopped at the latest stabled version.
There is also no alternative to the CHIPDRIVE MyKey to fulfill the same functionality, but there are other similar applications you can use to protect the data on mobile devices.
I recommend checking the AppLock to protect the data.
It doesn't work on Google Chrome and you can't make it work because CHIPDRIVE MyKey is designed only for Mozilla Firefox 3.6 and higher or Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher.

No, the software doesn't work on Mac OS X.
In order to run the software on Mac, you can try installing Wine Bottler (but if the software installs drivers, then the solution will fail).
Another solution is to install Windows through Bootcamp or Parallels Desktop. I recommend the Parallels Desktop solution.
